Gift Voucher Terms & Conditions

Gift Vouchers are valid for 6months from issue date

Gift Vouchers are non refundable

Gift Vouchers can be used for both under the gift voucher value & over. A credit will be put on to the clients account for future use if credit remaining is £5 or over and for over the value the client will have to pay the extra amount with cash or credit/debit card.

Gift Vouchers can be used for any treatment available at spa in the city.

Gift vouchers may be extended by a further 2weeks from expiry date, gift voucher extension is in exceptional circumstances only and final decision is by the spa in the city management.

Course Bookings

All course bookings must be taken within 6months of purchase

Courses must be paid in full on first treatment

Courses are non refundable

Spa Packages

A 50% deposit must be paid to secure all spa bookings

Cancellation Policy

We require 24hrs notice for all cancellations or a 50% value of treatment will be charged or loss of deposit

Health & Saftey

Before treatments are carried out a full health questionnaire must be completed otherwise treatment will be refused. This is to ensure clients safety & wellbeing during treatments.

Tinting Procedures

A patch test is required before all tinting treatments.
